Wolverine Player Of The Week: Justin Dykhoff

Senior baseball player Justin Dykhoff is the Wolverine Player of the Week and earned it with a dynamite start.

In the Wolverine’s season opener, Justin threw a no-hitter in leading WDC to a 3-0 victory of Pillager and a 1-0 start to the season. He was on point all game long and head coach Kyle Dykhoff noticed right away,

What a way to jump start the season. After taking an inning to find his breaking ball, Justin settled in and was able to locate at will the rest of the game. He threw 63 strikes to only 19 balls.

Congratulations, Justin!

By the way, you’ll notice that both Justin and Coach Dykhoff noticed at the same time that things were locked in. Coach Dykhoff says “after taking an inning to find his breaking ball.” Listen to what Justin has to say in his interview below.
